這段話翻譯了幾次了，總是感覺(jué)很別扭，請(qǐng)各位幫忙翻譯一下： 本文以皂苷溶液吸光度為指標(biāo)，采用單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)法考察乙醇濃度、料液比、提取時(shí)間、提取次數(shù)、提取溫度等因素對(duì)皂苷提取效果的影響，通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗(yàn)確定最佳工藝條件。結(jié)果表明皂苷的最佳提取工藝為60℃水浴，料液比1：40，每次3h，提取4次。按照最佳工藝條件所得皂苷平均產(chǎn)率為1.77%，表明此最佳工藝可用于皂苷的提取。 |
