這段話翻譯了幾次了，總是感覺很別扭，請各位幫忙翻譯一下： 本文以皂苷溶液吸光度為指標，采用單因素實驗法考察乙醇濃度、料液比、提取時間、提取次數(shù)、提取溫度等因素對皂苷提取效果的影響，通過正交實驗確定最佳工藝條件。結果表明皂苷的最佳提取工藝為60℃水浴，料液比1：40，每次3h，提取4次。按照最佳工藝條件所得皂苷平均產(chǎn)率為1.77%，表明此最佳工藝可用于皂苷的提取。 |

| With the absorbency of saponin solution as index, the influence of important parameters on the abstraction of saponins were investigated by the single factor method, such as aqueous ethanol concentration, solid to liquid ratio, abstracted time, abstracted temperature, and the optimal parameters were determined by orthogonal experiment designing. The results shown that optimal parameters were water bath temperature of 60℃, solid to liquid ratio of 1：40, total absorbing 4 times with the interval of 3h. The corresponding yield of saponins is 1.77%, indicating that the optimal process is fit for production of saponins. |
