| With the absorbency of saponin solution as index, the influence of important parameters on the abstraction of saponins were investigated by the single factor method, such as aqueous ethanol concentration, solid to liquid ratio, abstracted time, abstracted temperature, and the optimal parameters were determined by orthogonal experiment designing. The results shown that optimal parameters were water bath temperature of 60℃, solid to liquid ratio of 1:40, total absorbing 4 times with the interval of 3h. The corresponding yield of saponins is 1.77%, indicating that the optimal process is fit for production of saponins. |
