【原創(chuàng)】替換（修改）自己已經(jīng)獲得CCDC NO. 的cif文件

最近要發(fā)文章了，先前提交并獲得CCDC NO. 的cif文件經(jīng)過修改后，想要替換一下，下面說一下自己的過程，與大家分享： 1. 找到相關(guān)修改數(shù)據(jù)的網(wǎng)址 http://www.ccdc.cam.ac.uk/products/csd/faqs/#revise_data 2. 寫信到deposit@ccdc.cam.ac.uk ，與申請CCDC No.的郵箱相同 內(nèi)容如下： Dear professor: The following five crystal structures have been deposited at the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre and allocated the deposition numbers 7*****-7*****, 7*****-7*****. Now, some modifications were done to them. Could you overwrite the old data with the new and the cif files were attached. Best wishes name 3. 回信內(nèi)容如下：（晚上8點(diǎn)發(fā)送，同天晚上12左右收到回信） Dear Depositor Thank you for your revised data. The original data have been replaced for deposition numbers CCDC 7***** - 7***** If we have any queries relating to these data then we will contact you later. Summary of Replacement Data CCDC 7***** --------------- Compound: Author Name Formula: ***** Unit cell parameters: ****** * * * Please note, if data have not appeared in a journal publication 3 years after the date of deposition, and the CCDC cannot contact you to discuss the matter, then the CCDC will automatically include the data in the CSD as a Private Communication.
