World Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology審稿意見回來了 已有5人參與

兩個(gè)審稿人，一個(gè)提了三個(gè)大修意見，三個(gè)小修意見；另一個(gè)則提了20條很細(xì)的意見。主編的意思，是要求我根據(jù)審稿人意見進(jìn)行大修，而且提醒我只有一次修改機(jī)會(huì)。 認(rèn)真看了下，大修意見的其中一條是覺得我的研究目的不夠明確，而且部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)結(jié)果由于不是理想中的數(shù)據(jù)，反而會(huì)影響文章的新意。舉個(gè)例子：（我是做產(chǎn)纖維素酶基因工程菌構(gòu)建的，通過將一個(gè)異源的內(nèi)切酶基因轉(zhuǎn)入絲狀真菌來使其高表達(dá)）得到的菌株中，有些內(nèi)切酶和濾紙酶活都提高；有些則只有內(nèi)切酶活提高，濾紙酶活反而降低。針對(duì)該結(jié)果，編輯就認(rèn)為數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果中提高的濾紙酶活降低，相當(dāng)于降低了菌株利用纖維素的能力，削弱了文章的新意。 想請(qǐng)教各位，我是應(yīng)該把這些所謂的“影響文章新意”的類似數(shù)據(jù)刪去，還是應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持自己做出來的結(jié)果并加以說明？ 要趕在六月份畢業(yè)，敬請(qǐng)各位指教！如有投稿該期刊的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，也請(qǐng)多多傳授！ 謝謝大家了！ |
