World Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology審稿意見回來了 已有5人參與

兩個審稿人，一個提了三個大修意見，三個小修意見；另一個則提了20條很細的意見。主編的意思，是要求我根據(jù)審稿人意見進行大修，而且提醒我只有一次修改機會。 認真看了下，大修意見的其中一條是覺得我的研究目的不夠明確，而且部分數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果由于不是理想中的數(shù)據(jù)，反而會影響文章的新意。舉個例子：（我是做產(chǎn)纖維素酶基因工程菌構(gòu)建的，通過將一個異源的內(nèi)切酶基因轉(zhuǎn)入絲狀真菌來使其高表達）得到的菌株中，有些內(nèi)切酶和濾紙酶活都提高；有些則只有內(nèi)切酶活提高，濾紙酶活反而降低。針對該結(jié)果，編輯就認為數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果中提高的濾紙酶活降低，相當于降低了菌株利用纖維素的能力，削弱了文章的新意。 想請教各位，我是應該把這些所謂的“影響文章新意”的類似數(shù)據(jù)刪去，還是應該堅持自己做出來的結(jié)果并加以說明？ 要趕在六月份畢業(yè)，敬請各位指教！如有投稿該期刊的經(jīng)驗，也請多多傳授！ 謝謝大家了！ |
