World Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology審稿意見回來了 已有5人參與

兩個審稿人,一個提了三個大修意見,三個小修意見;另一個則提了20條很細(xì)的意見。主編的意思,是要求我根據(jù)審稿人意見進行大修,而且提醒我只有一次修改機會。 認(rèn)真看了下,大修意見的其中一條是覺得我的研究目的不夠明確,而且部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)結(jié)果由于不是理想中的數(shù)據(jù),反而會影響文章的新意。舉個例子:(我是做產(chǎn)纖維素酶基因工程菌構(gòu)建的,通過將一個異源的內(nèi)切酶基因轉(zhuǎn)入絲狀真菌來使其高表達(dá))得到的菌株中,有些內(nèi)切酶和濾紙酶活都提高;有些則只有內(nèi)切酶活提高,濾紙酶活反而降低。針對該結(jié)果,編輯就認(rèn)為數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果中提高的濾紙酶活降低,相當(dāng)于降低了菌株利用纖維素的能力,削弱了文章的新意。 想請教各位,我是應(yīng)該把這些所謂的“影響文章新意”的類似數(shù)據(jù)刪去,還是應(yīng)該堅持自己做出來的結(jié)果并加以說明? 要趕在六月份畢業(yè),敬請各位指教!如有投稿該期刊的經(jīng)驗,也請多多傳授! 謝謝大家了! |
