【分享】不敢居功只是在裝ccdc的時(shí)候遇到了問(wèn)題，只好從網(wǎng)上搜，沒(méi)想到還找了 已有2人參與

非常感謝這位朋友，百思論壇的xiaogang0515 助理工程師 一下全為copy 重新裝了雨林木風(fēng)Ghost XP，裝的是卡巴2009試用版，然后就發(fā)現(xiàn)CCDC裝上了但是不能用出現(xiàn)如下提示： "omersetAnti-Virus Software stop ConQuest from starting its search enige. See the CSDS release and installation notes for information on how to overcome this probilem" 到“CSDS release and installation notes ”一看也是模模糊糊的提到： “8.6 Troubleshooting If you are running an antivirus program, such as Norton AntiVirus, then you may have problems running ConQuest 1.8 searches and it may be necessary to disable the antivirus software in order to run ConQuest. On startup ConQuest will attempt to identify potential problems with antivirus software when a search is started. There is some information on the Symantec technical support page, regarding Norton AntiVirus, which allows you to keep an exclusion list to manage exceptions for normal program operations which are being detected as virus-like activities: Symantec website: http://www.symantec.com/ This should allow you to run ConQuest and have Norton AntiVirus running simultaneously." 到Symantec website: http://www.symantec.com/找了半天也沒(méi)有找到。然后我就試著卸掉卡巴、甚至卸掉殺毒軟件裸奔也是不行。 各位大蝦幫幫忙給我個(gè)解決的辦法！ 問(wèn)題解決了，打擾大家了 發(fā)完帖子我有找了一下在CCDC官方網(wǎng)站上看到如下內(nèi)容：“ Why do I get a pop up window when starting ConQuest that says "Some Anti-Virus Software stop ConQuest from starting its search engine..."? There are two main reasons why this error message may appear: 1. If you are running an antivirus program, such as Norton AntiVirus, then you may have problems running ConQuest. The following link will take you to information on the Symantec technical support page regarding Norton AntiVirus, which explains how to keep an exclusion list to manage exceptions for normal program operations which are being detected as virus-like activities: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/pfdocs/199829164436 This should allow you to run ConQuest and have Norton AntiVirus running simultaneously. Alternatively, most antivirus programs can be temporarily disabled by right-clicking on the icon in the desktop toolbar and selecting the appropriate option. ConQuest can then be run normally and the antivirus software re-enabled afterwards. 2. The other cause of this error message is due to permissions issues with the directories that ConQuest uses to store temporary files. The simplest solution is to remove these temporary files and force ConQuest to remake them. For Windows 2000/XP, browse to the following folder: C:\Documents and Settings\[username] where [username] is your Windows username. Then please delete the following folder: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\csds_data and the following file: C:\Documents and Settings\\.csds_defaults [Please note - if when you installed ConQuest you chose a non-standard location for the data directory, then you may not find this folder and file in the locations indicated above. Please search for them and delete them.] This should remove all traces of your ConQuest preferences. Now when you start up ConQuest it should enter "New User Setup" and ask you to choose a data directory, which normally defaults to a location inside your personal folder within "C:\Documents and Settings". Please ensure that you choose a location for which you have full write permissions.” 然后我到目錄：“C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator”下看到了“.csds_defaults”，刪掉。沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)“csds_data”，搜索一下也沒(méi)有。然后重新啟動(dòng)ConQuest，結(jié)果真的如同上面一段寫(xiě)得“Now when you start up ConQuest it should enter "New User Setup" and ask you to choose a data directory”，默認(rèn)，選擇“OK”回車(chē)，濤聲依舊！ 忙活一天，終于搞定了。不過(guò)學(xué)到了不少東西。還是很高興的！ |
