大家好,小弟現(xiàn)在有個(gè)問(wèn)題求教:怎么判斷l(xiāng)argest oscillator strength,具體表述如下 CIS calculation of water molecule excited states using optimized structure (1)Point out which exited state corresponding to the largest oscillator strength.
