Recently, the Anchorage terminal option has been reconsidered. Usibelli, as part of the Blue Sky team, is investigating the feasibility of off-loading rail cars at the Port of Anchorage and barging coal to the Agrium site. This work is in the preliminary stages, and for confidentiality reasons, details are not available at this time. To consider this option, therefore, several assumptions weremade: 1） The rail cost of coal delivered to Anchorage will be $5/tonne (5/9 of the cost to deliver to Seward). 2）The barge loading rate and cost will be the same as for the Seward terminal. 3）The capital cost for the terminal will be absorbed in the loading cost. |

近日，安克雷奇港作為裝煤碼頭的事被重新考慮。 Usibelli，作為藍天隊的一部分，正在調(diào)查鐵路運煤到安克雷奇港卸載裝船，再駁船運到Agrium的可行性問題。這項工作在初步階段，出于保密原因，現(xiàn)在無法知道細節(jié)�；谝韵略蚩紤]這種選擇： 1）運送到安克雷奇港的鐵路運輸成本是每噸5美元（是運到西沃德裝載站價格的5/9）。 2）駁船裝載率和成本將與西沃德裝在站相同。 3）對裝載站的建設(shè)成本將被算進裝載成本里。 |
