論文修改方面的問題

各位前輩，請教問題啊！這個是我的修改意見，一個評審說It appears that publication in any form would be premature at this time. 這句話是個啥態(tài)度呢？In general, I find the logic used in this paper to be less than compelling in several instances and recommend that the authors should be required to more clearly explain how the data measured led to the conclusions obtained. The readers (and reviewers) would normally expect to see the data resulting from the parametric study in order to determine if the data support the conclusions.
