昨天提交了修改稿（ACS）的，今天狀態(tài)Expired Revisions and Manuscripts No Longer Under Consideration，這是啥意思？ 很多人說是據(jù)了，但是編輯寫的信是告訴我怎么投，沒有說據(jù)不據(jù)的問題。  另外我肯定是沒有超期的，挺快就交了修改稿啊。 Dear Prof. ...: Thank you for submitting your manuscript, which has been examined in this Editorial Office, for publication in The Journal of Physical Chemistry. Apparently you submitted a rebuttal combined with a highlighted article for consideration. You must submit a full manuscript for publication. What you submit as a manuscript will, in its entire form, go out to your referees. A cover letter should be submitted as Not for publication, and separate from your article. When writing your cover letter, please provide a point-by-point response to the reviewers' concerns along with a detailed description of the changes that were made in response to these concerns or by attaching a separate file containing your detailed responses and explaining your reason for disagreeing with any suggestions you choose not to follow.
