Skills in cell culture, Western blot, quantitative PCR, or immunostaining are essential, as are excellence in communication in English, including writing and spoken. Qualifications: Ph.D. in molecular biology, cell biology, genetics or any discipline relevant to cancer research Experience: Academic or industrial postdoctoral training is expected but not required. Establishment of novel orthotopic tumor models in mice with cancer cell lines or tumor fragments； 2. Responsible for study design, execution, and drafting report for preclinical pharmacodynamical studies. 3. Communicate with the client and lead a team to execute multiple tasks independently. 1、用腫瘤細胞系或腫瘤組織建立小鼠原位腫瘤模型。 2、負責抗腫瘤藥物的動物體內(nèi)藥效學研究項目計劃的寫作及執(zhí)行，獨立應對項目進行中的各種任務。 3、能夠熟練地進行實驗數(shù)據(jù)的處理及撰寫實驗方案和研究報告等。 職位要求: 1. Bachelor degree or above in pharmacology, biology, medicine or other related life science. 2. A thorough understanding in orthotopic tumor model and cancer pharmacology and one year above hand-on experience in animal surgery is required. Experience in orthotopic tumor model establishment is a plus. 3. Good English verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative spirits. 4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and goal-oriented, 5. Good at literature reading and be able to creatively resolve different challenges. 6. Scientists also play roles and take tasks necessary to department or company. 職位要求: 1、B.S. or M.S. with solid knowledge and relevant skills and hands-on experience in biochemistry, molecular and cell biology. 2、Specific knowledge and skills are desired in areas of GPCR/receptor and enzymatic assays/studies 3、Able to analyze and report experimental data and results independently 4、Good or sufficient oral/written communication English skills 5、Able or willing to take multi-tasks and achieve goals in a fast pace working environments 6、A good team player who is able to work and communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues and/or clients. 招聘崗位: 藥代動力學研究員 招聘人數(shù): 若干 工作地點: 上海 工作職能: 1.PK項目動物formulation配制， 設計各種動物（嚙齒類，犬和猴子等）藥代動力學（ DMPK ）研究； 2. 分析整理臨床前藥代動力學（ DMPK )實驗數(shù)據(jù) 3.了解各種體外實驗； 4. 向上級及客戶提供藥代動力學實驗方案，項目完成后提交藥代動力學報告，與客戶溝通； 5.撰寫并執(zhí)行相應的標準操作規(guī)范。 職位要求: 1. 具有醫(yī)藥研發(fā)或CRO公司藥代動力學研究工作經(jīng)驗（1-2年）； 2. 深入理解藥代動力學（ DMPK ）理論；英文熟練 3. 掌握藥物吸收、分布、代謝和消除的知識； 4. 熟練掌握數(shù)據(jù)分析知識； 5. 熟悉英文文獻，掌握相應學科進展， 6. 了解動物實驗技術， 具有豐富的生物樣品分析經(jīng)驗更優(yōu)（ HPLC, LC-MS/MS ， ELISA ） 。 |
