Responsible for study design, execution, and drafting report for preclinical pharmacodynamical studies. 3. Bachelor degree or above in pharmacology, biology, medicine or other related life science. 2. A thorough understanding in orthotopic tumor model and cancer pharmacology and one year above hand-on experience in animal surgery is required. Experience in orthotopic tumor model establishment is a plus. 3. Good English verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative spirits. 4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and goal-oriented, 5. Good at literature reading and be able to creatively resolve different challenges. 6.
