謝謝您的回復(fù)！在文獻中，作者是想通過這個勢能面來計算氫原子在碳納米管表面的遷移勢壘。對于這個勢能面的做法，他是這樣描述的： The determination of the hydrogen migration barrier on CNT was, however, quite a non-trivial task, because the standard techniques of migration barrier determination did not work well due to the inconvenient geometry of the problem.It turned out methodologically easier to scan the potential surface of hydrogen atom.For this purpose a surface location of the probe hydrogen atom has been fixed and only H distance from the nanotube surface could relax. In order to exclude the global CNT rotation, a pair of carbon atoms far from the hydrogen atom was fixed as well. 一直沒搞明白他是怎么做的。難道他就是用LOCPOT做的嗎？ |

今天發(fā)郵件請教了一下侯柱鋒老師，侯老師更詳細(xì)的給我講解了計算擴散勢壘的方法。 在此帖出侯老師的講解，與大家共同學(xué)習(xí)一下：要構(gòu)造整個勢能面的計算量非常大，最直接的一個方法就是，你所模擬的多孔材料表面按畫棋盤的方式定出一個二維網(wǎng)格點，然后計算H2分子吸附在這些二維網(wǎng)格點的頂位時的吸附能（此時固定H2的其中的一個H原子與格點的xy坐標(biāo)，進行原子位置的優(yōu)化)。這樣的一組 x y 吸附能的數(shù)據(jù)，然后畫出等高線圖。 另外一種方式：考慮H2在多孔材料表面的不同位置（根據(jù)表面結(jié)構(gòu)的特征，考慮一些不等價的位置以及對稱性高的位置）上的吸附，得到最穩(wěn)定的吸附位以及能量較高（對應(yīng)著不穩(wěn)定的吸附位)的吸附位置，然后對這兩個吸附位當(dāng)作擴散的末態(tài)和初態(tài)，做nudged elastic band (NEB)的模擬來得到擴散勢壘。 在此，再一次感謝侯老師的講解！ |
