幫忙翻譯一段話(huà)，關(guān)于工資問(wèn)題的

1.DAC餐廳員工周末加班工資的問(wèn)題，以前在和Angela交接工作的時(shí)候她我說(shuō)“餐廳員工加班都是一天50元”，但是餐廳經(jīng)理于慶陽(yáng)和我反應(yīng)，他們的兩個(gè)廚師工作量很大，他們平時(shí)的工資分別是115元/天和95元/天，但是現(xiàn)在加班一天給50有點(diǎn)少，容易影響廚師工作的積極性。 2餐廳這個(gè)月沒(méi)有甲方投訴，是不是應(yīng)該給廚房員工獎(jiǎng)金，如果給，給多少錢(qián)？ 3在本溪員工在沈陽(yáng)培訓(xùn)期間，上個(gè)月是給餐廳員工100元的獎(jiǎng)金。這個(gè)月是不是還給餐廳員工獎(jiǎng)金？如果給，給多少錢(qián)？ 4您的助理范鶴，現(xiàn)在屬于什么部門(mén)，考勤應(yīng)該有那個(gè)部門(mén)來(lái)管理，工資做到什么部門(mén)？ 工作匯報(bào)： 我進(jìn)入公司已經(jīng)半個(gè)月，這半個(gè)月來(lái)主要在辦里大東餐飲分公司的勞動(dòng)保險(xiǎn)開(kāi)戶(hù)問(wèn)題，和公司員工工資表的制作的學(xué)習(xí)。這個(gè)星期期主要忙的是和Angela工作交接和各部門(mén)考勤的整理。對(duì)于我現(xiàn)在的工作，雖然還有很多需要學(xué)習(xí)和適應(yīng)的地方，但是我有信心能做的更好！ |

1. The question about restaurant worker extra hour salary at the weekend: when Angela handed over job with me, she said that the extra hour salary for restaurant workers is 50 yuan per day. But the manager of restaurant Yu Qingyang reflected that the two cook have big working tasks and their salary in normal is 115 yuan per day and 95 yuan per day, so the 50 yuan per day for extra hour was much fewer, which could affect the activity of cook working. 2. This month, restaurant did not receive complaints from first party so should we offer bonus to people working in kitchen? If so, how much? 3. During the study of Benxi workers in Shenyang, everyone got 100 yuan bonus last month. Do they get bonus this month? If so, how much? 4. Which department does Fan He, your assistant, belong to? Job report: I have been in company for half month and worked on working insurance account of Branch Company of Dadong Food and study of producing of workers salary chart during this half month. I work on handover with Angela and organization on each department attendance this week. For work now, though I have many other things to study and adapt to, I have confidence to do better. |
