| 經(jīng)過(guò)查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，結(jié)合氫譜上六個(gè)糖端頭質(zhì)子的化學(xué)位移值及偶合常數(shù)J，初步確定化學(xué)位移δH 5.31 (1H, d, J=7.7 Hz)和δH 5.17 (1H, d, J=5.5 Hz)這兩個(gè)信號(hào)為直接連在山奈酚母體結(jié)構(gòu)C-3和C-7的兩個(gè)半乳糖基的端頭質(zhì)子，根據(jù)其偶合常數(shù)可知[18]，這兩個(gè)半乳糖是以β-型糖苷鍵形式存在；化學(xué)位移δH 4.90 (1H, d, J=5.3 Hz)和δH 4.40 (1H, d, J=7.8 Hz)的質(zhì)子為連在糖鏈中間的半乳糖基端頭氫，從其偶合常數(shù)來(lái)看，這兩個(gè)半乳糖都是β-型糖苷鍵形式存在；化學(xué)位移δH 4.57 (1H, d, J=4.5 Hz)和δH 4.53 (1H, d, J=4.2 Hz)對(duì)應(yīng)的兩個(gè)氫信號(hào)則為連在兩個(gè)糖支鏈末端的鼠李糖質(zhì)子信號(hào)，根據(jù)偶合常數(shù)可知，這兩個(gè)鼠李糖都是以α-型糖苷鍵形式存在。 |

Upon a review of the literature, combined with the hydrogen spectrum ends six sugar proton chemical shifts and coupling constants J, these two signals of the chemical shifts δH 5.31 (1H, d, J = 7.7 Hz) and δH 5.17 (1H, d, J = 5.5 Hz) was initially identified, which indicated that it was directly connected to the ends proto of two galactose-based segments within a parent structure of kaempferol C-3 and C-7. According to its known coupling constants [18], both of the galactose exists in a form of β-type glycosidic bond. Besides, chemical shift δH 4.90 (1H, d, J = 5.3 Hz) and δH 4.40 (1H, d, J = 7.8 Hz) of the proton is the first hydrogen which in the middle of the galactose sugar chains. From its coupling constant, both of the galactose exists also in a form of β-type glycosidic bond. In addition, chemical shift for two hydrogen signals δH 4.57 (1H, d, J = 4.5 Hz) and δH 4.53 (1H, d, J = 4.2 Hz) are corresponding to the rhamnose proton signal of branched-chain sugars ends. According to the coupling constants, they exist in a form ofα-type rhamnose glycosidic bond. 參考參考。  |
