最近寫(xiě)了個(gè)小論文,但本人英語(yǔ)實(shí)在說(shuō)不過(guò)去,英文摘要算是在電腦的幫助下完成了,望各大俠給指點(diǎn)指點(diǎn),幫糾正一下,不勝感激! 中文摘要如下: 為了考察試樣尺寸對(duì)澆注料受熱爆裂的影響,研究了以低水泥、超低水泥、硅溶膠、a-bond及M-S-H結(jié)合的礬土基澆注料不同坯體尺寸的抗爆裂性能及物理性能,發(fā)現(xiàn)試樣尺寸對(duì)澆注料爆裂性能的影響與其中低溫物理性能密切相關(guān):1)坯體較密實(shí)且強(qiáng)度較高者,試樣大小對(duì)受熱爆裂性能影響較大;而初始坯體氣孔較多且強(qiáng)度不高或初始坯體較密實(shí)而強(qiáng)度一般者,試樣大小對(duì)受熱爆裂性能影響不大。2)當(dāng)試樣尺寸較大時(shí),各體系結(jié)合澆注料都較容易發(fā)生爆裂,結(jié)合方式對(duì)澆注料爆裂影響不大;而試樣尺寸較小時(shí),以水合結(jié)合試樣更容易發(fā)生爆裂。 俺的英文摘要如下: In order to take into account the specimensize in the spalling for castable during rapid drying, in this study, base on the Alumina castable binding by low-cement, ultra-low cement, silica sol, alphabond and MgO-SiO2-H2O respectively, we have studied the physical performance, examined the spalling resistance performance with diffenrence green body size and found that the influence of specimensize to the spalling performance have closely relative with the physical performance. First, when the castable have a denser and high strength body, the specimensize have a big influence to the spalling, instead, when the green body have a high porosity or low strength, there is no effect. Second, when the sample have a large size, castables combined with each binding agent are easier to spalling and the binding have no influence to spalling, rather, the samples combining with the hydrated are more likely to spalling. 先謝謝了 |

| To inspect the specimen size effect on the castable spalling during rapid drying, the spalling resistance performances and physical performances of green bodies in different sizes and with the castables based on the Alumina bonded with low-cement, ultra-low cement, silica sol, alphabond and MgO-SiO2-H2O, respectively, were studied. It was found that the specimen size effect on the castable spalling was closely relative with the low temperature physical performances. 1) With the green bodies which were denser and stronger, the specimen size effect on the spalling after being heated was bigger; while the initial green body had many pores and the strength was not very big or the initial green body was denser but the strength was ordinary, there was almost no effect. 2) When the specimen size was bigger, the castables with different bonding systems were all easier to be exploded, with the bonding way having not big effect on the castables explosion; while the specimen size was smaller, the hydrated castables were more likely to be exploded. |
