關(guān)于vasp收斂和優(yōu)化

請(qǐng)問(wèn)一下,關(guān)于vasp收斂,用能量來(lái)衡量,到什么程度可以算是收斂呢? 另外, 如果剛開(kāi)始精度不高,初始的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)不好,需要的時(shí)間長(zhǎng),收斂后再優(yōu)化,將CONTCAR 復(fù)制到POSCAR在原目錄下運(yùn)行,其它的文件如WAVECAR 需要?jiǎng)h除嗎? |

謝謝版主的回復(fù),我建立的粒子坐標(biāo),就是一個(gè)單元晶胞里面包含的的原子數(shù)目,而且用VESTA 打開(kāi)POSCAR 文件,就可以得到單元晶胞,是不是沒(méi)有設(shè)置ISIF值,就沒(méi)有CONTCAR文件呢, 因?yàn)樯鲜龀绦蜻\(yùn)行結(jié)果 CONTCAR 是空文件。 如果按你所指,優(yōu)化小一點(diǎn)的結(jié)構(gòu),比如20個(gè)原子,1/4單元晶胞,或者說(shuō)是原胞吧,可以設(shè)置精度高后收斂, 可以得到的總能free energy TOTEN . 對(duì)于整個(gè)單元晶胞 的優(yōu)化是不是,寫出被優(yōu)化的小結(jié)構(gòu)的對(duì)稱結(jié)構(gòu), 最后算出總能是原胞的體積比倍數(shù)嗎? 謝謝! |

1.收斂精度要看你的要求和計(jì)算的性質(zhì),不知道時(shí)就先用默認(rèn)值 2.優(yōu)化收斂與否就是看是否達(dá)到了你的要求,一般可以取少數(shù)k點(diǎn),待收斂后,增加k點(diǎn),cp CONTCAR POSCAR,再進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,此時(shí)不需要?jiǎng)h除波函數(shù)文件。 3.初始結(jié)構(gòu)盡量給準(zhǔn)確點(diǎn)兒,這樣會(huì)節(jié)省不少時(shí)間的 搞不明白時(shí),嘗試一下就懂了 |
