| 喹啉不溶物是煤焦化過程中帶入的固體不溶物，煤瀝青中喹啉不溶物對于煤瀝青的深加工具有重要作用。研究了以溶劑沉降法脫除煤瀝青中喹啉不溶物，考察了溶劑、沉降溫度以及沉降時間對凈化瀝青QI含量和收率的影響。結(jié)果表明，在一定范圍內(nèi)，沉降溫度越高，越有利于QI的脫除，當(dāng)溫度達到180℃以后對沉降的影響較��；以輕油與重油按質(zhì)量比3：9調(diào)至的混合溶劑較單純的溶劑油有更好的沉降效果；沉降時間越長，QI脫除率越高，凈化瀝青的收率越低。 |
