| 喹啉不溶物是煤焦化過(guò)程中帶入的固體不溶物，煤瀝青中喹啉不溶物對(duì)于煤瀝青的深加工具有重要作用。研究了以溶劑沉降法脫除煤瀝青中喹啉不溶物，考察了溶劑、沉降溫度以及沉降時(shí)間對(duì)凈化瀝青QI含量和收率的影響。結(jié)果表明，在一定范圍內(nèi)，沉降溫度越高，越有利于QI的脫除，當(dāng)溫度達(dá)到180℃以后對(duì)沉降的影響較小；以輕油與重油按質(zhì)量比3：9調(diào)至的混合溶劑較單純的溶劑油有更好的沉降效果；沉降時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)，QI脫除率越高，凈化瀝青的收率越低。 |
