各位大俠，本人投稿一篇雜志，被拒后要求大修過后重投，請(qǐng)各位給點(diǎn)建議，是重投還是另外投稿，謝謝 Dear Miss XX:Your manuscript entitled "XXX" which you submitted to Communications in XXX, has been reviewed. The reviewer comments are included at the bottom of this letter.I regret to inform you that the reviewers have raised serious concerns, and therefore your paper cannot be accepted for publication in XXX.
