請(qǐng)前輩幫忙，翻譯下？ 木聚糖(Xylan) 是除纖維素之外自然界中最為豐富的多糖，也是自然界中最豐富的可再生資源之一。木聚糖酶（Xylanase）作為木聚糖降解酶系中最關(guān)鍵的酶，可以將豐富的木質(zhì)纖維性材料轉(zhuǎn)化為單細(xì)胞蛋白(SCP)、乙醇、氣體燃料、溶劑等有用物質(zhì)等，它在食品、造紙等工業(yè)中還得到廣泛的應(yīng)用，故十分具有發(fā)展?jié)摿�。文章重點(diǎn)介紹了木聚糖酶的種類、作用機(jī)理及其在工業(yè)中應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展。 |

| Xylan is the most abundant polysaccharides except cellulose and is also one of the most abundant renewable resources . As the key enzyme in xylan degrading enzymes , Xylanase can transform woodiness into single cell protein (SCP), ethanol ,gas fuel ,solvent and other material and so on . besides ,it is widely used in food and papermaking industry , so it has great potential. this paper mainly introduces the types of xylanase, mechanism and application in industry . |

Xylan is the most aboudant polysaccharide cellulose not included and is also one of the most abundant regenerated resources in the natural world. As the key enzyme in the xylan degradation system xylanase which could converse wood fiber materials into SCP, ethanol, gas fuel and solvent and other useful materials. Also xylanase is used widely in the food, papermaking industry so its development potential is extremly huge.
