小摘要，求高手小翻 一下

| 選取呼和浩特地區(qū)具有代表性的三座污水廠做為研究對象，應(yīng)用層次分析法建立城市污水廠能耗評價體系，運用該體系對其中二座污水廠進(jìn)行能耗評價，評價結(jié)果同實際調(diào)查情況相吻合，說明所建立的能耗評價體系能夠較為準(zhǔn)確的判斷出呼和浩特地區(qū)污水廠的能耗狀況。對調(diào)研三座污水廠進(jìn)行碳排放概算，將概算數(shù)據(jù)與實際調(diào)查的能耗情況相對比，發(fā)現(xiàn)污水廠的能耗水平越高，單位碳排放量也越大。說明污水廠的碳排放研究要與能耗相結(jié)合，才能實現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排雙贏局面。 |

| We evaluate energy consumption of two wastewater treatment plants among three typical plants in Hohhot by setting up an energy consumption evaluation system of wastewater treatment plant with AHP. If result meets the actual factors, it means the system can show the energy consumption condition of Hohhot exactly in a certain extent. Contract the data estimated among three wastewater treatment plants with the actual research can we find out that the higher the energy consumption costs, the more carbon emissions per unit the plants produce. Therefore, the only way of achieving both energy saving and emission reduction is a combination of carbon emission and energy consumption. |
