| 選取呼和浩特地區(qū)具有代表性的三座污水廠做為研究對(duì)象，應(yīng)用層次分析法建立城市污水廠能耗評(píng)價(jià)體系，運(yùn)用該體系對(duì)其中二座污水廠進(jìn)行能耗評(píng)價(jià)，評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果同實(shí)際調(diào)查情況相吻合，說明所建立的能耗評(píng)價(jià)體系能夠較為準(zhǔn)確的判斷出呼和浩特地區(qū)污水廠的能耗狀況。對(duì)調(diào)研三座污水廠進(jìn)行碳排放概算，將概算數(shù)據(jù)與實(shí)際調(diào)查的能耗情況相對(duì)比，發(fā)現(xiàn)污水廠的能耗水平越高，單位碳排放量也越大。說明污水廠的碳排放研究要與能耗相結(jié)合，才能實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排雙贏局面。 |

| We evaluate energy consumption of two wastewater treatment plants among three typical plants in Hohhot by setting up an energy consumption evaluation system of wastewater treatment plant with AHP. If result meets the actual factors, it means the system can show the energy consumption condition of Hohhot exactly in a certain extent. Contract the data estimated among three wastewater treatment plants with the actual research can we find out that the higher the energy consumption costs, the more carbon emissions per unit the plants produce. Therefore, the only way of achieving both energy saving and emission reduction is a combination of carbon emission and energy consumption. |
