Although the paper is potentially very interesting there is a need for a number of revisions to be made before the paper is sent out to referees. 1) most significantly please go through and ensure that the paper is in the appropriate style for CIT. Also please check expression and spelling. 2) Dallen, J. T.. name is actually Timothy, D. - Dallen is the first name, Timothy the surname - please change 3) please place footnotes in text. 4) 引言部分的切入點需要修改 We would therefore like you to revise your manuscript accordingly. Please also read the information about permissions very carefully; it can be found at http://******and if you have any tables, figures or quotes which need permission, please obtain these and submit copies of the permissions with your revised paper.
