MOLCAS并行計算安裝方法

|
molcas單核計算的程序好安裝，但是并行的不太好弄， 步驟是先安裝mpich，再安裝ga，再安裝molcas 最近在fedora8,和fedora14下安裝，mpich和mpich2都嘗試過了，安裝ga也哼成功，但是測試總是通不過，后面的molcas安裝雖然也可以，但是總是無法實現(xiàn)并行計算。molcas內置ga版本較低，誰能提供一套完整的molcas并行計算安裝方法，包括附帶軟件的安裝。 或者幫我看看ga測試的結果： > Checking sdot ... fdot wrong 3156754.75 0. 0:0:... exiting:: 0 0:0:... exiting:: 0 Last System Error Message from Task 0:: Resource temporarily unavailable [0] MPI Abort by user Aborting program !
