專家意見如下：請教各位蟲友如何恢復(fù)這個(gè)意見，因?yàn)槲业奈恼聝?nèi)容和他給的參考對比的文獻(xiàn)方法有很大的差別。不知道他讓我對比是什么意思。 1)The authors demonstrated a fabrication method on silicon substrate that can generate multilevel roughness, then hydrophobic properties were studies. The work is solid and the topic is interesting, but the method itself is not novel and significant enough. The authors could compare with many other publications in JMM, for example, Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering, Volume 18, Issue 3, pp. 035024 (2008), and clearly specify the originality and significance of this proposed method. |
