潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油加氫異構(gòu)反應(yīng)要求催化劑不僅要有合適的孔道結(jié)構(gòu)和酸性分布,用于增強(qiáng)催化劑的異構(gòu)重排能力,擇形限制體積較大、裂化較快的雙支鏈與三支鏈產(chǎn)物的形成,還要求其具有較高的加氫活性,避免反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物在分子篩內(nèi)部的二次裂化反應(yīng)。因此,具有較小孔道結(jié)構(gòu)和適宜酸性質(zhì)載體的研制,是高性能潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油加氫異構(gòu)催化劑開發(fā)的關(guān)鍵,同時(shí),改善載體和活性金屬之間的相互作用,提高催化劑加氫/脫氫能力也是新型高效潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油加氫異構(gòu)催化劑開發(fā)研究所關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。 The catalysts of hydroisomerization for lubricant base oil are required not only have a suitable pore structure and acidity distribution to enhance the ability of isomerization rearrangement, the shape-selective restrictions on the formation of di-branched and tri-branched products which have larger bulk and cracking faster, and the catalysts also need high hydrogenation activity, and to avoid secondary cracking reactions of the products in the internal of molecular sieves. Therefore, researching on the carrier of hydroisomerization catalysts which have smaller pore structure and appropriate acidity is the key to the development of high-performance lube base oil .At the same time, improving the interaction between the carrier and the active metal to improve the ability of hydrogenation / dehydrogenation is also the focus on the research of new efficient hydroisomerization catalyst for lubricant base oil. |

| It is required that the catalysts in hydroisomerization for lubricant base oil have not only suitable pore structures and acidity distribution to enhance the ability of isomerization rearrangement, the shape-selective restrictions on the formation of di-branched and tri-branched products which have larger bulk and cracking faster, but also high hydrogenation activity needed to avoid secondary cracking reactions of the products in the internal of molecular sieves. Therefore, it is the key for the development of high-performance lube base oil to research the carriers with relatively small pore structure and appropriate acidity for hydroisomerization catalysts. Meanwhile, it is also the focus on the research of new efficient hydroisomerization catalyst for lubricant base oil to improve the interaction between the carrier and the active metal for better abilities of hydrogenation and dehydrogenation. |
