| 隨著人口老齡化的全球蔓延，隨著社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型與人類(lèi)工作生活方式嬗變，血管性癡呆的發(fā)病率及致殘率逐年升高，給病患與其家庭及社會(huì)均帶來(lái)巨大痛苦與經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)�，F(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)與祖國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)治療本病，均獲得長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)展，但仍有不足之處，故此，進(jìn)行新的防治策略研究頗為緊要。作為安全有效的細(xì)胞營(yíng)養(yǎng)劑，大豆異黃酮在腦血管疾病和神經(jīng)退行性變臨床與基礎(chǔ)研究方面，取得較大進(jìn)展。項(xiàng)目組前期研究提示，大豆異黃酮對(duì)血管性癡呆大鼠行為學(xué)異常具有顯著的改善作用，因而有必要進(jìn)行相關(guān)的臨床研究。本項(xiàng)目旨在通過(guò)嚴(yán)格、規(guī)范的前瞻性的隨機(jī)、對(duì)照、單盲臨床試驗(yàn)，觀察大豆異黃酮對(duì)血管性癡呆的療效，為其推廣應(yīng)用奠定研究基礎(chǔ)。預(yù)期結(jié)果包括：（1）證實(shí)大豆異黃酮治療血管性癡呆的功效；（2）研究成果在核心期刊上發(fā)表論文1-2篇。 |

With the global spread of the Ageing of Population, the social transformation and the evolution of human lifestyles, the incidence and disability rate of vascular dementia has increased year by year, which brought enormous sufferings and economic burdens to the patients, their families and the society. Both modern medicine and the motherland medicine have obtained the remarkable progress in the treatment of this disease, however there are still inadequacies, therefore the study of new prevention and control strategies is badly needed. As a safe and effective cell nutrient, soy isoflavones have made great progress in the clinical and basic research on the cerebrovascular diseases and neurodegenerative changes. The preliminary research of the project group suggested that soy isoflavones had a significant improvement in the behavioral abnormalities of vascular dementia rats, thus it is necessary to do the relevant clinical research. This project aims to observe the efficacy of soy isoflavones on vascular dementia and to lay a research base for its promotion and application, via the strict, standardized, prospective, randomized, controlled, single - blind clinical trials. The expected results include: (1) To confirm the efficacy of soy isoflavone in the treatment of vascular dementia; (2) To publish 1-2 articles in core journals based on the research results. |
