翻譯下文： “這一過程需要注意以下事項(xiàng)： 1、第一次將支鏈淀粉-三（苯基氨基甲酸酯）的四氫呋喃溶液加入氨丙基硅膠中要呈稀粥狀，磁攪拌子剛好能夠自由轉(zhuǎn)動，一次加入過多會導(dǎo)致涂敷不均勻，待溶劑揮發(fā)磁攪拌子不能勻速攪拌后，再次加入支鏈淀粉-三（苯基氨基甲酸酯）的四氫呋喃溶液使氨基硅膠呈稀粥狀。這樣連續(xù)幾次，直到溶液加完。 2、溶液加完后，待溶劑揮發(fā)致使磁攪拌子不能攪拌時，用藥勺進(jìn)行手工擠壓（動作要快，連續(xù)擠壓，否則結(jié)塊），直到溶劑完全揮發(fā)干，涂敷好的固定相呈原始硅膠的均勻細(xì)滑感，如果顆粒大小不一或有沙粒感要進(jìn)行重新涂敷。 3、重新涂敷首先用異丙醇進(jìn)行懸浮，將上浮的細(xì)小顆粒（合格）轉(zhuǎn)移至另一燒杯中，剩下的顆粒物進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)募訜幔ú豢蛇^熱，保持?jǐn)嚢瑁�，目的是揮發(fā)所含的異丙醇溶劑，待到溶劑沒有完全揮發(fā)，還有一定的潮濕感，加入少量四氫呋喃，呈現(xiàn)粘稠狀便可，再進(jìn)行人工擠壓，直到固定相顆粒都分散開。加入異丙醇重新懸浮，將合格品吸出，轉(zhuǎn)移合并到燒杯中�！� 支鏈淀粉-三（苯基氨基甲酸酯） 直接用 ATPC表示 |
