| 影響化合物在機(jī)體中分布的因素很多，主要有藥物的脂溶性、毛細(xì)血管通透性、器官和組織的血流量、與血漿蛋白和組織蛋白的結(jié)合率等。暴露期結(jié)束時，肺臟中AHTN含量最高，尤其是中、高劑量的AHTN暴露后，肺臟中AHTN的含量遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于其它組織，表明肺臟是AHTN在體內(nèi)的主要蓄積器官。至于AHTN為什么會在肺中有較高分布，是否是由于肺臟中的血流量大、AHTN能否與肺細(xì)胞表面的某些特異性受體結(jié)合以及會帶來哪些影響，還需要作進(jìn)一步的研究。肝臟和腎臟中有較高的AHTN分布，提示AHTN有可能通過腎臟和肝臟的排泄作用而被清除出體外。心臟中檢測到較高濃度的AHTN，主要是由于心臟的血流量大的緣故。腦組織中AHTN的含量高于血液中AHTN的含量，表明AHTN能穿過血腦屏障，進(jìn)而在腦組織中蓄積，這可能是因為AHTN的分子量相對較小，脂溶性高引起的。此外，盡管睪丸的血流量要低于其它組織，但是由于睪丸中脂肪含量相對較高，其對脂溶性較強的AHTN也有一定的蓄積能力。 |

The content of AHTN in brain tissue is higher than those of in the blood, showed that AHTN can through the blood-brain barrier, and thus accumulate in the brain, which may be caused because of the AHTN's relatively small molecular weight, fat-soluble high. In addition, although the testicular blood flow is lower than other organizations, but the fat content is relatively high due to the testis, and its accumulation on the fat-soluble strong AHTN. |
