| 影響化合物在機(jī)體中分布的因素很多，主要有藥物的脂溶性、毛細(xì)血管通透性、器官和組織的血流量、與血漿蛋白和組織蛋白的結(jié)合率等。暴露期結(jié)束時(shí)，肺臟中AHTN含量最高，尤其是中、高劑量的AHTN暴露后，肺臟中AHTN的含量遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于其它組織，表明肺臟是AHTN在體內(nèi)的主要蓄積器官。至于AHTN為什么會在肺中有較高分布，是否是由于肺臟中的血流量大、AHTN能否與肺細(xì)胞表面的某些特異性受體結(jié)合以及會帶來哪些影響，還需要作進(jìn)一步的研究。肝臟和腎臟中有較高的AHTN分布，提示AHTN有可能通過腎臟和肝臟的排泄作用而被清除出體外。心臟中檢測到較高濃度的AHTN，主要是由于心臟的血流量大的緣故。腦組織中AHTN的含量高于血液中AHTN的含量，表明AHTN能穿過血腦屏障，進(jìn)而在腦組織中蓄積，這可能是因?yàn)锳HTN的分子量相對較小，脂溶性高引起的。此外，盡管睪丸的血流量要低于其它組織，但是由于睪丸中脂肪含量相對較高，其對脂溶性較強(qiáng)的AHTN也有一定的蓄積能力。 |

In addition, although the testicular blood flow is lower than other organizations, but the fat content is relatively high due to the testis, and its accumulation on the fat-soluble strong AHTN. |
