本論文主要對印尼油砂和遼河油田油泥進行了實驗研究，考察了印尼油砂溶劑萃取的最優(yōu)條件，對遼河油田的油泥和印尼油砂的熱解性質(zhì)及熱解產(chǎn)物進行了分析，并探討了印尼油砂熱解動力學特征。 印尼油砂及其干餾產(chǎn)物的分析結(jié)果表明，印尼油砂屬于高含油率、低水分油砂，具有較好的開采利用價值。當溶劑-油砂質(zhì)量比為3:1、抽提溫度為70-80℃、抽提時間為30min時，油砂瀝青的回收率可高達95%。 |

In this thesis, Indonesia's oil sands and the Liaohe oilfield sludge experimental study investigated the optimal conditions of solvent extraction of oil sands in Indonesia, the Liaohe Oilfield sludge and oil sands in Indonesia the nature of the pyrolysis and pyrolysis products were analyzed andexplore the dynamic characteristics of the Indonesian oil sand pyrolysis Indonesia's oil sands and its carbonization product analysis results show that Indonesia's oil sands is a high oil content, low moisture, oil sands, has a better exploitation of value. When the solvent - oil sand mass ratio of 3:1, the extraction temperature is 70-80 ℃, extraction time 30 min, the recovery of oil sands bitumen can be as high as 95%. |

This paper mainly makes an experimental study on Indonesia's oil sands and oil sludge of Liaohe Oil Field and investigates the optimum conditions of solvent extraction of oil sands in Indonesia. It also analyzes the pyrolysis property and pyrolysis products of oil sludge of Liaohe Oil Field and Indonesia's oil sands as well as probes into the pyrolysis kinetics characteristics of Indonesia's oil sands. The analysis results of Indonesia's oil sands and their carbonization products suggest that Indonesia's oil sands are high oil content with low moisture, which has a higher exploration and utilization value. When the mass ratio of solvent-oil sands is 3:1, the extraction temperature is 70-80℃, and the extraction time is 30 minutes, the recovery rate of oil sands bitumen can reach as high as 95%. |
