本論文主要對(duì)印尼油砂和遼河油田油泥進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,考察了印尼油砂溶劑萃取的最優(yōu)條件,對(duì)遼河油田的油泥和印尼油砂的熱解性質(zhì)及熱解產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了分析,并探討了印尼油砂熱解動(dòng)力學(xué)特征。 印尼油砂及其干餾產(chǎn)物的分析結(jié)果表明,印尼油砂屬于高含油率、低水分油砂,具有較好的開采利用價(jià)值。當(dāng)溶劑-油砂質(zhì)量比為3:1、抽提溫度為70-80℃、抽提時(shí)間為30min時(shí),油砂瀝青的回收率可高達(dá)95%。 |

This paper mainly makes an experimental study on Indonesia's oil sands and oil sludge of Liaohe Oil Field and investigates the optimum conditions of solvent extraction of oil sands in Indonesia. It also analyzes the pyrolysis property and pyrolysis products of oil sludge of Liaohe Oil Field and Indonesia's oil sands as well as probes into the pyrolysis kinetics characteristics of Indonesia's oil sands. The analysis results of Indonesia's oil sands and their carbonization products suggest that Indonesia's oil sands are high oil content with low moisture, which has a higher exploration and utilization value. When the mass ratio of solvent-oil sands is 3:1, the extraction temperature is 70-80℃, and the extraction time is 30 minutes, the recovery rate of oil sands bitumen can reach as high as 95%. |
