摘 要 本論文測定了不同溶劑中姜黃素的紫外和熒光光譜，研究了溶液酸度、緩沖溶液種類及其用量對姜黃素熒光性質的影響，建立了簡便快捷的熒光光度法測定姜黃素的方法。實驗結果表明，溶劑、溶液的酸度會影響姜黃素的熒光性質。 Abstract The UV-vis spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of curcumin in different organic solvents was recorded in this paper. Abstract In this paper, the UV-vis spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of Curcumin in different organic solvents was determined, the study about the influences of acidity of solution as well as different types and dosages of buffer solution on the fluorescence properties of Curcumin was carried out, and a convenient and rapid method that determines Curcumin with Fluorimetry was put forward. The experimental results show that the acidity of solvent and solution will influence the fluorescence properties of Curcumin. |
