耦合簇CCSD(T)能否用于計算激發(fā)態(tài)? 看到的文章都是用來計算基態(tài)的。 是CCSD(T)是只能算基態(tài)?應(yīng)該能算激發(fā)態(tài)吧 如果可以計算激發(fā)態(tài)(如用單點能計算勢能曲線)輸入有無要求?還是只要在多重度里設(shè)置就行?對于第一激發(fā)態(tài)和第二,第三激發(fā)態(tài)都是這樣? 還是要用nstates和root控制? [ Last edited by kent1022 on 2012-6-13 at 22:19 ] |

能是能, 但不是Gaussian能的,不過G09目前可做EOM-CCSD, 非迭代三關(guān)聯(lián)EOM-CCSD(T)只有ACESII可以, CFOUR可計算其它變體如EOM-CCSDT-3, NWCHEM的是重整化的 CR-EOM-CCSD(T), GAMESS-US也能做點, 也是重整化的,僅單重態(tài), 三重態(tài)和開殼層目前不能, ACESII的那段代碼太老, 很難編譯了在目前機(jī)器上, 維護(hù)的人也基本不用了, 可喜的是ACESIII已經(jīng)能做EOM-CCSD(T), 目前也僅單重態(tài), 梯度計算也已補(bǔ)充上了, 也在一萬多了CPU上測試過了, ACESIII目前正在補(bǔ)充DIP-EOM-CCSD(T), DEA-EOM-CCSD(T) 以及 MR-BWCCSD(T)等, 但不清楚這些版本是否放到發(fā)布的公共版本. 馬上發(fā)布的PSI4也可以做點, 但目前還沒發(fā)布. MRCC也可以, 必須要其它程序套用, 很多程序補(bǔ)充但還沒補(bǔ)充完美. 以上也基本是計算激發(fā)態(tài)能量, 結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和頻率計算僅限于EOM-CCSD. |
