主動靶向給藥治療肺癌的研究進(jìn)展。目前，外科診療技術(shù)及化療、放療等作為肺癌的主要治療手段，雖然對肺癌的治療起到一定效果，但對患者長期生存的改善程度較小。靶向治療技術(shù)因其安全、高效、低毒的治療效果而成為當(dāng)前肺癌研究的熱點之一。本文介紹了目前主動靶向治療肺癌過程中的各類靶分子及靶向和偶聯(lián)機(jī)理，闡述了配體-受體介導(dǎo)、抗原-抗體介導(dǎo)在肺癌靶向治療中的研究進(jìn)展。最后，對其臨床應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了展望。 @wenzi6337 |

| Active targeting of drug treatment for lung cancer research progress.
