主動(dòng)靶向給藥治療肺癌的研究進(jìn)展。目前，外科診療技術(shù)及化療、放療等作為肺癌的主要治療手段，雖然對肺癌的治療起到一定效果，但對患者長期生存的改善程度較小。靶向治療技術(shù)因其安全、高效、低毒的治療效果而成為當(dāng)前肺癌研究的熱點(diǎn)之一。本文介紹了目前主動(dòng)靶向治療肺癌過程中的各類靶分子及靶向和偶聯(lián)機(jī)理，闡述了配體-受體介導(dǎo)、抗原-抗體介導(dǎo)在肺癌靶向治療中的研究進(jìn)展。最后，對其臨床應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了展望。 @wenzi6337 |

| Active targeting of drug treatment for lung cancer research progress.
