2012年6-29投稿到Measurement, 2012年7-19狀態(tài)還是with editor 什么情況？還是這個雜志的狀態(tài)本來就不會變化？求高人指教。另外當時給我發(fā)的郵件 Your submission entitled "XXXXXX" will be handled by Associate Editor Tong Sun, PhD. 查了一下這個Tong Sun, PhD. 是不是這個MM呢？呵呵 ====ggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg Dr Tong Sun BEng, MEng, DEng, PhD Course Director of Electrical and Electronic Engineering MEng, BEng and BEng/BSc & Communications BEng City University, London Contact Information Room: CM366A Phone: +44 (0)20 7040 8128 Fax: +44 (0)20 7040 8568 Email: t.sun@city.ac.uk Personal Information Tong Sun was awarded the degrees of Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering and Doctor of Engineering for work in Mechanical Engineering from the Department of Precision Instrumentation of Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China in 1990, 1993 and 1996 respectively. She came to City University, London as an Academic Visitor and latterly a Research Fellow to work in the field of fibre optic temperature measurement using luminescent techniques. She was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy at City University in applied physics in 1999. She was an Assistant Professor at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore for one year 2000 to 2001 and is currently a senior lecturer at City University, London since she re-joined in April 2001. Dr Sun is a member of the Institute of Physics and of the Institution of Electrical Engineers and a Chartered Physicist and a Chartered Engineer in the United Kingdom. Her research interests are in optical fibre sensors, optical communications and laser Engineering. She has authored or co-authored some 80 scientific and technical papers.
