谷胱甘肽在二甲亞砜中還有對二硫鍵的還原作用嗎?

| 還原型谷胱甘肽在水中有對二硫鍵的還原作用,我現(xiàn)在想把這個還原反應轉(zhuǎn)移到二甲亞砜體系中,不曉得還能不能發(fā)揮這種作用,特來請教! |

One original paper was J. Org. Chem., 41(11), 2061 - 2064 (1976). It says the oxidation process worked in the presence small amount of bromine or Hydrogen bromide as catalyst, at high temperature as 180°C, in the presence of water. "Further, Lipton and Bodwel14 have reported that cystine is oxidized to cysteic acid by minor amounts of MezSO under conditions used for the acid-catalyzed hydrolysis of proteins." I still think the best way is to make a conclusion after practical evidence. Since nobody could tell whether the oxidation would be significant if some of the conditions (temperature, pH, catalyst...) were changed. |

DMSO氧化機理我也不了解,前兩天正好看到這個東西,也是第一次知道DMSO對巰基有氧化作用,給樓主一個參考。 |
