查了查資料 合理的解釋是這樣的 Never when prolonged arguments avoided the subjects which are large and important enoughto rouse enthusiasm was the mind of a people stirred up from its foundations and impulse given which raised even persons of the most ordinary intellect to something of thinking beings never 引導(dǎo)的倒裝句 主語是 the mind of a people was never stirred up and impulse was never given when 引導(dǎo)的是條件狀語從句 which引導(dǎo)的是定語從句 修飾subjects 后面一個 which修飾的是impulse |
