MGLTools包含了 AutoDockTools (ADT)  AutoDockTools AutoDockTools is graphical front-end for setting up and running AutoDock - an automated docking software designed to predict how small molecules, such as substrates or drug candidates, bind to a receptor of known 3D structure. Python Molecular Viewer (PMV)  PMV PMV is a powerful molecular viewer that has a number of customizable features and comes with many pluggable commands ranging from displaying molecular surfaces to advanced volume rendering. Vision  [PMV] Vision is a visual-programming environment in which a user can interactively build networks describing novel combinations of computational methods, and yielding new visualizations of their data without actually writing code. 這三部分 。。 下面來(lái)說(shuō)一下這軟件的安裝方法 。。我是在ubuntu 12 下測(cè)試安裝 安裝包下載： http://115.com/file/dp49c2wa 下載所有需要的安裝包 第一步，安裝環(huán)境，這軟件需要python imaging library （PIL）環(huán)境 PIL 還需要安裝 TKINTER JPEG ZLIB (PNG/ZIP) FREETYPE2 LITTLECMS 這里只需要安裝 JPEG ZLIB (PNG/ZIP) FREETYPE2 安裝方法 在terminal下輸入命令 安裝zlib shell: $ tar -xvzf zlib-1.2.5.tar.gz $ cd zlib-1.2.5 $ ./configure --prefix=/usr/local {自定義安裝在 /usr/local 文件夾} $ make $ sudo make install 安裝 png shell: $ tar -xvzf libpng-1.5.6.tar.gz $ cd libpng-1.5.6 $ ./configure --prefix=/usr/local {自定義安裝在 /usr/local 文件夾} $ make $ sudo make install 安裝freetype shell: $ tar -jxf freetype-2.4.7.tar.gz $ cd freetype-2.4.7/ $ ./configure --prefix=/usr/local {自定義安裝在 /usr/local 文件夾} $ make $ make install 安裝install jpeg shell: $ tar -xvzf jpegsrc.v8c.tar.gz $ cd jpeg-8c/ $ ./configure --prefix=/usr/local {自定義安裝在 /usr/local 文件夾} $ make $ sudo make install 接下來(lái)安裝PIL（Python Imaging Library ） $ tar -xvzf Imaging-1.1.7.tar.gz $ cd Imaging-1.1.7/ 在安裝前測(cè)試一下 shell: $ python setup.py build_ext -i 回輸出： PIL 1.1.7 SETUP SUMMARY ——————————————————————– version 1.1.7 platform linux2 2.7.1+ (r271:86832, Apr 11 2011, 18:13:53) [GCC 4.5.2] ——————————————————————– *** TKINTER support not available — JPEG support available ———————–> OK！ — ZLIB (PNG/ZIP) support available ———————–> OK！ — FREETYPE2 support available ———————–> OK！ *** LITTLECMS support not available ——————————————————————– 正式安裝： shell: $ python setup.py build $ sudo python setup.py install 第一步就完成了。。 第二步，安裝MGLTools 。 安裝方法： 進(jìn)入文件目錄： shell： $ cd {MGLTools-Linux-x86_1.5.6cr3-Install文件地址} 1，給MGLTools-Linux-x86_1.5.6cr3-Install文件授權(quán)： shell： $ chmod +x MGLTools-Linux-x86_1.5.6cr3-Install 2，運(yùn)行 MGLTools-Linux-x86_1.5.6cr3-Install文件 shell: $ sudo /MGLTools-Linux-x86_1.5.6cr3-Install文件地址/MGLTools-Linux-x86_1.5.6cr3-Install 3，按提示安裝。。 4，安裝后配置MGLTools 。 需要將 /home/lfcmike/MGLTools-1.5.6rc3/bin 添加到路徑環(huán)境中。 shell： $ export PATH="/usr/local/MGLTools-1.5.6rc3/bin:"$PATH 或者是： $ alias pmv='/usr/local/MGLTools-1.5.6rc3/bin/pmv' $ alias adt='/usr/local/MGLTools-1.5.6rc3/bin/adt' $ alias vision='/usr/local/MGLTools-1.5.6rc3/bin/vision' $ alias pythonsh='/usr/local/MGLTools-1.5.6rc3/bin/pythonsh' 5， shell： $ /usr/local/MGLTools-1.5.6rc3/bin/python setup.py install 第二步完成。。 最后運(yùn)行 MGLTools shell： $ adt 有關(guān)錯(cuò)誤解決方法 ：MGLTools http://mgltools.scripps.edu/downloads/instructions/linux/ [ Last edited by lfcmike on 2012-9-8 at 12:56 ] |
