| 這也許是因?yàn)槎鄬幽ぶg有很多空隙,隨著自組裝層數(shù)的增加,多層膜基底的表面積也有所增加,吸附了很多的酶,同時促進(jìn)了電子傳導(dǎo)。而第三層之后電子傳遞的效果呈下降趨勢,我們推測這可能是因?yàn)橥附佑|的金納米層與電極表面的距離增大了,從而影響了傳導(dǎo)。 |

| Perhaps this is because there are a lot of space between multilayer film, with the increase of the layer number of self-assembly, multilayer film base surface area increase and the adsorption a lot of enzyme promote the electronic conduction at the same time. Electron transfer effect has a descending trend after the third space.So we speculate that this may be because of the gold nanoparticles with enzyme contact layer and the increase of electrode surface distance, which affect the conduction. |

| This is possibly due to many spaces among multi-membranes. With self-assembly layers increased, the surface area of multi-membranes matrix increases also. It absorbed lots of enzymes and precipitates the electrons conduction at the mean time. However, the effect of electrons conduction after third layer shows decreased trend. We thought it may be because the increase in distance between gold nano layer with enzymes and electrodes influences the conduction. |
