The low moisture have a advantage to enlarge pressure in machine barrel，frictional force and shearing force；therefore in favor of promoting SDF；but overlow will cause clogs machinery，which is useless to industral production. |

Given this circumstance, in the molecule more water-soluble components of low molecular weight tend to increase, which is justified by the rise of SDF content in extruded products. 1. Low content of water is in favor of the increase of the pressure, the friction and the shearing force in the machine barrel, which contribute to the increase in the SDF level. But blockage of the machine will happen if the content of water is too low, which is detrimental to industrial production. |
