| With morphine Lin and 3, 4 - two fluorine nitrobenzene as raw material via substitution, reduction, diazotization - halogenating reaction synthesis intermediates 3 - fluorine - 4 - morpholine base bromobenzene (4); To (R) - epoxy chloropropane, potassium cyanate, adjacent benzene 2 formyl imine potassium as raw materials synthesis intermediates (R) - 5 - adjacent benzene 2 formyl imine methyl - 2 - oxazole hydride ketone (6). Then (4) and (6) condensation, hydrolysis synthetic rina azole amine. The total yield is increase to 26% comparede to 11% of the reported in the literature. The synthesis process improved the yield and reduced the production cost, which be helpful for industrial production. |
