| A reversed-phased HPLC method that allows the separation and simultaneous determination of the preservatives benzoic (BA) and sorbic acids (SA), methyl- (MP) and propylparabens (PP) is described. The separations were effected by using an initial mobile phase of methanol–acetate buffer (pH 4.4) (35:65) to elute BA, SA and MP and changing the mobile phase composition to methanol–acetate buffer (pH4.4) (50:50) thereafter. The detector wavelength was set at 254 nm. Under these conditions, separation of the four components was achieved in less than 23 min. Analytical characteristics of the separation such as limit of detection, limit of quantification, linear range and reproducibility were evaluated. The developed method was applied to the determination of 67 foodstuffs (mainly imported), comprising soft drinks, jams, sauces, canned fruits/vegetables, dried vegetables/fruits and others. The range of preservatives found were from not detected (nd)—1260,nd—1390, nd—44.8 and nd—221 mg kg−1for BA, SA, MP and PP, respectively. |

| 用于對(duì)防腐劑苯甲酸（BA）和山梨酸（SA），尼泊金甲酯（MP），和對(duì)羥基苯甲酸丙酯（PP）進(jìn)行分離和同時(shí)測(cè)定的反相高效液相色譜的方法被發(fā)現(xiàn)。通過(guò)用甲醇-乙酸鹽緩沖液（pH值4.4）（35:65）作為流動(dòng)相進(jìn)行洗脫來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)BA的分離，對(duì)于SA和MP的分離則通過(guò)將流動(dòng)相改變?yōu)榧状?醋酸緩沖液（pH4.4）（50： 50）來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)設(shè)置為254nm。在這些條件下，四種化合物在23min內(nèi)成功的分離。本文對(duì)如檢測(cè)線、定量限、線性范圍和重現(xiàn)性等分析參數(shù)做出了評(píng)價(jià)。所建立的方法適用于測(cè)定67種食品（主要是進(jìn)口的），包括汽水，果醬，調(diào)味料，水果/蔬菜罐頭，干蔬菜/水果等。對(duì)于BA、SA、MP和PP等防腐劑的檢測(cè)的范圍分別是1260ng、1390ng、44.8ng和221mg/kg。 |
