| 硅膠煉膠不均勻?qū)е鹿枘z中“C、O、SI”含量偏差較大，當(dāng)“SI”含量低于35%同時(shí)“C”含量高于35%時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)硅膠破裂不良情況；造成成分C、O、SI的含量成份相差較大的主要原因是因?yàn)樵显诨鞜挄r(shí)未混煉均勻。由于原料混煉量較大（原混煉量為每手20Kg,同時(shí)混煉時(shí)間較短每手共計(jì)混料50分鐘)，使得混煉時(shí)硫化劑混煉不均勻，硅膠原料中的硫化劑存在個(gè)別區(qū)域硫化劑少或個(gè)別區(qū)域硫化劑多的情況出現(xiàn)。硫化劑少的區(qū)域，成型后手感明顯段落感不良（由此造成的不良生產(chǎn)時(shí)可挑選），硫化劑多的區(qū)域會(huì)出現(xiàn)分子結(jié)構(gòu)的變化，使其彈性加強(qiáng)。 |

| Uneven Silica gel milling would lead to large "C, O, SI" deviation in silica content.When the content of "SI" is less than 35% and ,at the same time, the content of the "C" is higher than 35%, it will appear silica gel rupture.The main reason for causing a large difference of C, O, SI ingredients is that the raw material is not mixing uniformly.Due to the large amount of raw materials mixing volume (the original mixing volume for each hand is 20Kg, and the short mixing time of every hand is 50 minutes in total), the vulcanizer mixing uniformly in mixing,and in the silicone materials ,some individual areas the content of vulcanizer are small,when others are large.In the area of small vulcanizer, the molding feeling is obvious and the sense of paragraph is bad (thereby the undesirable production can be selected beacause of that). In the area of large vulcanizer,it appears the changes in the molecular structure, which strengthens its elasticity. |
