| 硅膠煉膠不均勻?qū)е鹿枘z中“C、O、SI”含量偏差較大，當(dāng)“SI”含量低于35%同時“C”含量高于35%時會出現(xiàn)硅膠破裂不良情況；造成成分C、O、SI的含量成份相差較大的主要原因是因為原料在混煉時未混煉均勻。由于原料混煉量較大（原混煉量為每手20Kg,同時混煉時間較短每手共計混料50分鐘)，使得混煉時硫化劑混煉不均勻，硅膠原料中的硫化劑存在個別區(qū)域硫化劑少或個別區(qū)域硫化劑多的情況出現(xiàn)。硫化劑少的區(qū)域，成型后手感明顯段落感不良（由此造成的不良生產(chǎn)時可挑選），硫化劑多的區(qū)域會出現(xiàn)分子結(jié)構(gòu)的變化，使其彈性加強。 |

In the area of large vulcanizer,it appears the changes in the molecular structure, which strengthens its elasticity. |
