NAMD安裝中的nanotubes.conf文件如何編寫
|
各位大俠，請(qǐng)教在NAMD安裝中需要的nanotubes.conf文件如何編寫啊，我需要做分子對(duì)接（蛋白與配體之間），有沒有哪位大俠幫忙指點(diǎn)一下，或者模版或者幫編寫下 感謝萬分啊！急求啊（昨天寫了一個(gè)關(guān)于安裝的求助帖，當(dāng)時(shí)找到了相關(guān)資料，而且帖子還沒有人回答就選擇了讓斑竹刪了，但是在請(qǐng)求刪除到刪除的過程中有位仁兄回復(fù)了，再次對(duì)那位仁兄說抱歉�。� |

安裝的話不需要.conf文件的，只要解壓就行了 .conf文件是跑分子動(dòng)力學(xué)的參數(shù)文件，包括了各種參數(shù)信息 建議你先看一下NAMD的教程，論壇里面有中文版的 http://www.gaoyang168.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=3516164 |
