求翻譯一段話,是論文評審意見

在線等~如果翻譯的好。可以加金幣英文部分不用翻譯,只需要將中文翻譯成英文~ 標(biāo)題“Proximate compositions, phytochemical constituents, antioxidant activities and phenolic contents of seed and leaves extracts”所說四個研究內(nèi)容,但實際上研究僅有兩部分,即化學(xué)成分與抗氧化活性,phytochemical constituents and phenolic contents 重復(fù),后者應(yīng)該包含在前者中,所以標(biāo)題不精煉。關(guān)鍵詞未能反映研究的重點內(nèi)容,從摘要中看出論文研究了韭菜葉和韭菜籽不同提取物的金屬離子含量、Total phenolic, flavonoid and tannin contents類等化合物,及其抗氧化活性,但關(guān)鍵詞中未能反映出這些內(nèi)容,且關(guān)鍵詞中DPPH 與antioxidant activities重復(fù)。 “These results suggested that Allium ampeloprasum phenolic compounds could be utilized as a natural antioxidant.”,其實韭菜在各個國家早已用作食品蔬菜,其作用一方面是提供營養(yǎng),另外也起到抗氧化作用。只不過因為韭菜籽量少,未利用。因此研究的意義不是特別顯著。同時選擇了兩種極性相似,但極性又很弱的hexane, Petroleum ether做提取溶劑,也選擇了兩種極性大的methanol, ethanol做溶劑提取,使得研究內(nèi)容雖然很多,但研究內(nèi)容重復(fù),其結(jié)果也沒有顯著性差異,所以研究的方法也存在缺陷。關(guān)于韭菜的營養(yǎng)成分及抗氧化活性,已有文獻報道(Food Chemistry 134 (2012) 669–677 Antioxidant capacity, total phenolic and ascorbate content as a function of the genetic diversity of leek (Allium ampeloprasum var. porrum) ),作者應(yīng)在討論中對比這些文獻,比較出埃及產(chǎn)地與其它不同產(chǎn)地韭菜成分及抗氧化活性的差異,從而體現(xiàn)出研究的價值。論文最后缺乏研究結(jié)論。英語語言也需要修改。 建議大修后,再進行評論。 [ Last edited by tian901219 on 2013-1-10 at 16:41 ] |

From the abstract it can see that metal ion content ,total phenolic, flavonoid and tannin contents from A and B are studied but the keyword does not reflect them and DPPH and antioxidant activities overlap .Leek, as a matter of fact,has been used as vegetable everywhere around the world and provides nutrition and antioxidantion. But the seeds are not used for its quantity. As a result the meaning of this paper is not marked. At the same time the choice of hexane and Petroleum ether with similar but weak polarity as extraction solvent and the choice of methanol and ethanol with high polarity make the content rich but overlap. As a result it has no obvious discrepancy and the method is defective. Nutrition and antioxidantion of leek are reported in some papers(Food Chemistry 134 (2012) 669–677 Antioxidant capacity, total phenolic and ascorbate content as a function of the genetic diversity of leek (Allium ampeloprasum var. porrum) ) so the difference of component and antioxidant activity of leek from Egypt and other places is compared in the discussion by comparing these papers. The conclusion is absent in this paper and the language is not standard so it should be checked before another comment. 有幾個詞我沒找到,AB代替。翻譯的不好,見笑了。 |
